Andrew and Geoff originally established the highly successful recruitment company Morgan & Banks Ltd, listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1994, prior to being acquired in 1998 by Hudson Highland Group (formerly TMP Worldwide), a NASDAQ listed company.

The successful partnership between Geoff and Andrew is being carried on through MBI where they apply their business acumen to the many and varied investments of the company.
